Boutique IP & Telecom Media and Telecommunications Firm, TMT Law Practice has announced its merger with Delhi-based Dispute Resolution and Corporate Advisory law firm, DPSA Legal, to form ‘Arthe Law‘..Abhishek Malhotra, the Managing Partner of erstwhile TMT Law Practice will continue to be the Managing Partner of Arthe while Founding and Managing Partner of DPSA Legal, DP Singh will be the designated Senior Partner..Commenting on the merger, Abhishek Malhotra said,.“Mr. Singh is a seasoned lawyer with a very successful practice, and I am very pleased for this merger to have come through.
