Three-judge bench of Calcutta High Court to hear contempt case initiated by Justice Rajasekhar Mantha against protesting advocates

Chief Justice Prakash Shrivastava on Thursday issued an assignment order naming three judges as part of the special bench to hear the proceedings initiated by Mantha on January 10.
