Tamil Nadu moves Supreme Court against order asking police not to 'disturb' BJP's Kesava Vinayagan

The High Court had said it cannot permit a roving inquiry under the guise of investigation and had ordered that the CBCID can issue summons to Vinayagan in the future only after obtaining the Court’s permission.
