Man Mohan Dhonchak, the Presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT-II), Chandigarh, has moved the Principal Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) against the Central government's decision to place him under suspension during the pendency of an ongoing inquiry.
