Supreme Court to hear tomorrow plea challenging tenure extension of ED Director Sanjay Kumar Mishra

The plea before the top court has stated that the Central government's decision to extend Mishra's tenure was in violation of top court's September 2021 verdict which ruled against more extensions to Mishra.
