I will mention it to the Hon'ble CJI today," Justice Chandrachud who was then the third senior most judge had said.Justice NV Ramana was then serving as CJI. .A tax bench of Justices AK Sikri and Rohinton Nariman constituted in 2015 had delivered over 800 judgments after its formation. This bench, which sat during 2015-16, had met with favourable reviews from the Bar for the speed and quality of justice dispensation. It was later dissolved.
