The Supreme Court of India's Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) recently refused to divulge information under the Right to Information Act (RTI Act) on the steps taken by former Chief Justice of India JS Khehar upon receiving a letter in 2017 alleging that former Supreme Court judge Justice Hemant Gupta had disproportionate assets.
