The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain a public interest litigation (PIL) petition challenging the validity of the three new criminal laws to replace the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and the Indian Evidence Act[Vishal Tiwari v. Union of India and Another].
