Supreme Court recommends establishment of Motor Vehicle Appellate Tribunals citing pendency in High Courts

Towards that end, a Bench of Justices Abdul Nazeer and Krishna Murari suggested amending Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act which currently provides for appeal against MACTs to be filed before High Courts.
