"Scurrilous": Supreme Court junks plea by environmentalist to be appointed President of India

A bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli took a strong view of the plea calling it scurrilous and an abuse of the process of the court and also directed the registry not to entertain such petitions in future.
