Supreme Court grants bail to AAP's Vijay Nair in Delhi excise policy case

A Bench of Justices Hrishikesh Roy and SVN Bhatti said that the ED has not been able to complete trial on time despite its assurances to the Court and around 350 witnesses have to be examined.

The Supreme Court on Monday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) communications-in-charge Vijay Nair, who is an accused in the money laundering case arising out of the Delhi excise policy scam [Vijay Nair vs Directorate of Enforcement].
