Supreme Court forms panel of Justices S Ravindra Bhat, Satish Chandra to conduct auction of ₹4,000 crore assets

Retired Supreme Court judge Justice S Ravindra Bhat and former Allahabad High Court judge Justice Satish Chandra were on Monday made part of a high-powered sale committee to oversee and conduct the auction of assets worth ₹4,000 crores in a case relating to liquidation of assets of a company [Balasaheb Keshawrao Bhapkar & Ors vs Securities and Exchange Board of India].
