Supreme Court upholds bail to Kashmiri journalist in UAPA case despite faulty bail order

A Bench of Justices Bela M Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma declined to interfere with the grant of bail to the journalist, but declared the Jammu and Kashmir High Court's judgment as per incuriam, that is, bad in law.
