Supreme Court asks Attorney General to assist in case against WB Governor over alleged sexual harassment

The plea before the top court sought a thorough investigation by the West Bengal police and also prayed for guidelines to be framed on the limits of immunity enjoyed by a Governor under Article 361 of the Constitution.
