"Repeated visitation rights in the Court premises, would also not be in the interest of the child as the environment during which the visitation rights are exercised, would also matter," the Court said.
A family court's directive in a child custody case whereby the father of the child was required to visit his son only in court premises, was modified by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
