State government moves Kerala High Court against discharging IAS Officer Sriram Venkitaraman of culpable homicide charge

The State government has approached the Kerala High Court challenging an order of a Sessions Court that discharged IAS Officer Sriram Venkitaraman of a culpable homicide charge in a 2019 road accident case which resulted in the death of journalist, KM Basheer.
