A graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Kshitij started his career with ICICI Bank in 2006. In 2009, he moved to ICICI Bank, Singapore as the SEA legal head in 2009. He left ICICI Bank in 2012 to pursue his masters at Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago..After graduating from Northwestern, Kshitij worked at Opportunity International, a global microfinance organisation in Chicago till 2014 after which he moved back to Singapore to join Straits Law Practice, Singapore as a Foreign Legal Counsel..Kshitij focuses on banking and finance, microfinance, corporate social responsibility and trusts, M&A, and general corporate advisory and regulatory compliance.
