Former Argus Partners Siddharth Raja, Aditya Narayan, and Megha Malhotra Narayan have launched a full-service law firm called Saakshya Law, Advocates, with effect from July 1, 2019..The firm has set up its office at Lower Palace Orchards, Sadashivnagar in Bangalore, where the entire team of ten lawyers along with the founding partners have moved..Siddharth, Aditya and Megha first came together three years ago, when they joined Argus Partners to set up the firm’s Bangalore office to build and focus on the corporate/commercial and M&A practice, along with the domestic and international commercial disputes, real estate, and indirect tax practices..Prior to this, Siddharth had, over a 22-year career, helped co-found two other pan-India law firms. He has a practice area with a particular focus on M&A and PE/VC investment mandates..Aditya (now with over thirteen years’ standing, including a previous stint of working with Siddharth) had established an independent disputes and real estate practice, where Megha was a Senior Consultant.
