Shreesha Merla appointed NCLAT Technical Member [Read Notification]

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shreesha Merla as a Technical Member in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

A notification intimating the same dated January 1, 2020 has been issued by the Central Government.

With the appointment of Merla as technical member, the NCLAT will now have five technical members apart from its four judicial members and its Chairperson.
