[Exclusive]: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas makes six Equity Partners
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has today announced its equity promotions.

Speaking to Bar & Bench on these promotions, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner, Pallavi Shroff commented,

Ajit Warrier is part of the firm’s litigation team. He joined the firm in 2013 from Luthra & Luthra.
After graduating from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 1993 he joined the Chamber of NN Aggarwal. Thereafter, he set up his own independent practice and continued as an independent practitioner until he joined Luthra in 2006.
Anirudh Das is part of the firm’s litigation team.
Anuj Prasad is a 2001 graduate of Symbiosis Law School. He initially worked at Dua Associates before joining Amarchand Mangaldas in 2006. He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions & Private Equity and Defense Sector Advisory.
Manu Nair specializes in the firm’s Supreme Court practice. He has wide in-depth experience in handling complex international and domestic transactional disputes and also Constitutional, Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
Shailaja Lall is a 2000 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. She joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007. She has previously worked at DSK Legal and Tuli & Co. She focuses on non-contentious insurance and reinsurance.
Shilpa Mankar joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007. She has previously worked at P&A Law Offices and Davis Polk. She is a 2002 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She also holds an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law. Her areas of practice are Banking and Finance and General Corporate.
