She started her career with Nishith Desai Associates, before moving to L&L Partners (previously Luthra & Luthra Law Offices)..She has over 10 years of experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital. She has advised clients on significant domestic and cross-border acquisitions and structuring of onshore and offshore PE / VC investments and exits. She also regularly advises clients on regulatory and policy matters..Karun is a graduate of ILS Law College, Pune, and has previously worked at Dua Associates and Trilegal.
