SAM, LegaLogic act on BMT Group’s acquisition of stake in auto parts Co Involute

Belgian family-owned BMT Group has acquired 60% stake in Involute Technologies, a Pune-based automobile parts manufacturing company, for 170 crore ($25.5 million).
