Senior Advocates should allow their juniors to argue cases; not make them 'adjournment advocates': Gujarat High Court

Chief Justice Aravind Kumar shared his experience of being a junior and that he was allowed to mention a case that too for an adjournment before a Chief Justice's court, after he completed four years as a junior.

The Gujarat High Court on Tuesday suggested senior advocates to allow their juniors to argue cases so as to make ensure that the young lawyers gain experience and the bar becomes more robust.
