Supreme Court on #Section377: “Issues have Constitutional Dimensions” [Read Reference order]

The order of a 3-judge Bench of the Supreme Court referring the curative petition on Constitutionality of Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code to a Constitution Bench has been uploaded on the website of the Supreme Court of India. The Court had passed the order on February 2.
