This year’s IDIA Football League (IFL) will be held on September 5 and 6 in Mumbai..IDIA is organising the IFL to raise money to sponsor the legal education of IDIA Scholars studying at National Law Universities and other law colleges..The tournament will be held at Kamala Mills Ground at Lower Parel, Mumbai. It will feature 6-a-side teams, with each team playing at least 4 matches in the league stage..The IFL 2015 will conclude with an award ceremony and a fundraising evening, IFL Night, on September 6..The IFL is held exclusively for participation by law firms and legal teams of corporate houses. The first edition of the event featured teams from a number of law firms such as AMSS, Wadia Ghandy & Co., Bharucha & Partners, Trilegal, Khaitan and Co and JSA, among others..Bharucha & Partners walked away with the Winner’s Trophy, beating JSA in a nail-biting final.
