Breaking: SC issues notice in plea for reinstatement of judge who had alleged sexual harassment by MP HC judge

The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Madhya Pradesh High Court in a petition filed by a former Additional District and Sessions judge seeking reinstatement in service. The petitioner had alleged sexual harassment by a retired MP High Court judge, after which she was transferred.
