SC Employees Assn. moves Supreme Court after Centre rejects CJI's recommendation for court allowance

The Court sought response from the Central government on the plea which stated that the letter of the Law Ministry conveying its decision to reject CJI's recommendation, was violative of Articles 14 and 146.

Union of India].
