The drama at the Uttarakhand High Court is not over. Not just yet. Today, a Division Bench of Chief Justice KM Joseph and VK Bisht J. stayed yesterday’s order directing a floor test at the Uttarakhand State Assembly tomorrow, and also adjourned the matter to April 6.
