Right to be Forgotten: Himachal Pradesh High Court orders masking of rape accused’s name after acquittal

The right to be forgotten and the right to be left alone are inherent aspects of the right to privacy which has been recognised as part of the right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, the Court said.
