The court gave this order after Senior advocate Vikas Singh today informed the court about certain adverse remarks made by the trial court against a CBI officer..The Court also dismissed applications by ML Sharma seeking blacklisting of the companies whose coal blocks were cancelled and fastening criminal liability on the government officials. Further the court has also sought fresh investigation reports from the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate. The matter is now listed for December 8.
