Rajeev Dhavan, Justice Singhvi face off in Radia Tapes matter; Justice Singhvi recuses from the case

Things took a dramatic turn in the hearing of the Radia Tapes matter today when Justice GS Singhvi refused to hear Senior Counsel Rajeev Dhavan prompting Dhavan to go on a rant against the Judge. The incident happened in court room 2 of the Supreme Court after the Court had adjourned the matter for December 2.
