Punjab and Haryana High Court judge, Justice Ajay Tewari who was due to retire on April 6, 2022 has resigned from office..Justice Tewari is currently the second seniormost judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court after Chief Justice Ravi Shanker Jha. Justice Tewari did his LLB from Punjab University in 1982 and LLM in 1984. He practiced as lawyer for 26 years before being elevated to the Bench.
