Those acquitted on benefit of doubt in cases of moral turpitude can be appointed in armed forces: Punjab and Haryana High Court

The Court set aside an order cancelling the appointment a man, who was acquitted in a case under the POCSO Act, to the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
