Public transport restrictions on unvaccinated persons reasonable classification: Maharashtra to Bombay High Court

The Health Department and the Chief Secretary of Maharashtra government stated that if every non-vaccinated person is allowed to mingle in public transport, then that would negate all its efforts towards COVID control.
