Link Legal has promoted three of its Associates Partners – Abhishek Sharma, Nidhi Pathania, and Sarojanand Jha to partnership. The firm has also promoted Principal Associates Abhinav Agnihotri and Prashaant Vikram Rajput to Associate Partner level..With this round of promotions, the firm now has 6 Associate Partners and 27 Partners across all offices..Abhishek and Sarojanand are part of Link Legal’s Dispute Resolution team and handle Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Constitutional and Regulatory litigation. They also specialise in Alternative Dispute Resolution including Arbitration, Mediation, and settlements..Sarojanand joined the firm in 2007, while Abhishek joined in 2009, after working in Senior Advocate Arun Jaitley’s chambers. Abhishek has also completed an attachment with Allen & Gledhill, Singapore..Nidhi re-joined the firm in 2017 and is part of the firm’s Banking, Project Finance & IBC team. Nidhi regularly represents banks and financial institutions in project finance and corporate finance transactions in sectors such as airports, roads, ports, energy and power transmission etc..Abhinav is a 2007 graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and joined the firm in 2011. He is a part of the Disputes team and has been handling various high-stake disputes matters before courts and tribunals. .Prashaant Rajput is 2006 graduate of Amity University. He specialises in Capital Markets and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office. Prashaant joined the firm in 2017 and had previously worked with Amarchand Mangaldas, Dua Associates and ARA Law.
