President, PM, Chief Justice TS Thakur to attend Arbitration Conference by NITI Aayog

The enforcement of arbitral awards has been a perpetual bottleneck as far as arbitration in India is concerned. To address this, and other concerns, the Government of India through NITI Aayog will be organising a 3-day conference on “National Initiative towards strengthening Arbitration and Enforcement in India”.
