President, National Company Law Tribunal notifies Benches across country

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013, the President, National Company Law Tribunal has constituted Benches for the purpose of exercising and discharging the Tribunal’s powers and functions across the country.
