The central government has cleared the appointment of the Delhi High Court’s Justice Pradeep Nandrajog as Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court. The Prime Minister’s Office approved his appointment and has sent the summary to the President of India..The PMO’s letter states,.“The Prime Minister has approved the proposal of the Department of Justice for appointment of Justice Pradeep Nandrajog, Senior pusine Judge from Delhi High Court, as the Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of office. The Prime Minister has also signed the summary for submission to the President.”.Justice Nandrajog obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Delhi University in 1981 and enrolled as an Advocate that same year. His practice of Law included Arbitration, Commercial, Service, Election, Land Revenue, Company and Miscellaneous Writ Matters..He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on December 20, 2002 and became a Permanent Judge on April 16, 2004..The transfers of two other senior judges of the Delhi High Court as Chief Justices are also in the pipeline.
