Plea before Supreme Court to permit undertrial politicians to campaign for elections

The High Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's PIL, which had also questioned the timing of Arvind Kejriwal's arrest. The petitioner has now approached the top court saying the High Court ignored larger issues.
