Plea before Bombay High Court seeks removal of non-IAS Municipal Commissioner

A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the the Bombay High Court challenging the appointment of present Municipal Commissioner of Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC) on the ground that he is not an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.
