[Exclusive]: Platinum Partner Zubin Masani, CAM PA Mudita Roy join IndiGo

Platinum Partners’ Zubin Masani has left the firm to join IndiGo as Associate General Counsel. IndiGo has also hired Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Mudita Roy as Principal Legal Counsel..Zubin is the fourth Associate General Counsel at IndiGo. The other three are Bharat Bahadur, Sarah Rufus and Rahul Kumar..On this latest appointment, IndiGo General Counsel Priya Mehra commented,.“We are looking forward to having Zubin “on-board” IndiGo’s legal team – as a senior member. He will further strengthen the core values of the team.”.Zubin attended Imperial College, London and the University of York before reading law at the BPP Law School in London..He is dual-qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales) and an Advocate (India) and has worked as a corporate lawyer at AZB & Partners in Mumbai and at K&L Gates, London before joining Platinum Partners in Mumbai..His practice thus far has largely focussed on representing clients in M&A and private equity transactions..Mudita has over 10 years of experience in general corporate advisory, with a specific focus on acquisitions and private equity across multiple sectors. She has previously also worked at J.
