PIL filed in Supreme Court demanding SIT probe into IPL spot fixing, stay on remaining IPL matches

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Supreme Court today by architect Sudarsha Avasthi (Sudarsha Avasthi v. Union of India & Ors., WP(C) 318/2013) seeking an investigation into the alleged spot fixing in Indian Premier League (IPL) by a Special Investigation Team (SIT).
