PIL in Delhi High Court challenges exclusion of 'unnatural offences' in BNS

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Delhi High Court to challenge the exclusion of a provision to punish acts of non-consensual sodomy or other 'unnatural' sexual relations with any person (man or woman) under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
