Petitions before Kerala High Court challenge upper age limit for availing Assisted Reproductive Technology

A bunch of petitions have been filed before the Kerala High Court challenging Section 21(g) of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act (ART Act) which prescribes maximum age for men and women to seek ART services from licensed clinics.
