Ostro Group GC Rachika Sahay joins HSA as a Partner in Delhi

Rachika Sahay joins HSA Advocates as a Partner to further strengthen the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure and Corporate practices. She will be operating out of the firm’s New Delhi office.

Rachika has over a decade of experience in handling a broad range of deals in the energy sector. She also has diverse experience in handling corporate transactions including domestic as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures.

Prior to joining HSA, Rachika Sahay was with Ostro Energy Private Limited (Renewable energy platform for Actis Fund III) as Head Legal of the Group.

In the past, she has worked with Weatherford as Head Legal Counsel – India and Trilegal as Counsel. She is a graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal and also holds an LL.M. from London School of Economics and Political Science.

The firm now has 35 partners and associate partners.

Last month, Abhirup Dasgupta had joined HSA as an Associate Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
