The Delhi High Court on Monday said that the allegation that Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Mahua Moitra shared her parliamentary login credential with businessman Darshan Hiranandani and received gifts from him are not "totally false [Mahua Moitra v Nishikant Dubey & Ors].
