I could not attempt the simulation test yesterday due to a technical error. My today's slot is at 2:15. Can I be given a simulation test?.*Yesterday, During simulation test the verification process itself took more than half an hour. How to resolve this?.*In yesterday's simulation test my documents were not verified..*Sir/ma'am I have put my Id and password and pressed enter it's showing your slot has been over , will it start at 12 ?.*Hi, yesterday when I attempted the simulation test it took me around 30 mins for verification.. also I showed my Aadhar card for verification nd it was getting rejected so many times.. what do I do if it happens today also in the main exam??.*I accessed the simulation test through my laptop. It asked for access to webcam and microphone which I allowed and moreover it was showing GOOD TO GO and had all green ticks. However, on starting the assessment it said YOU NEED ADDITIONAL WEBCAM & MICROPHONE. Whereas, during the mock test which I attempted my web-cam was perfectly recognized. I cleared all browsing history , refreshed , followed all steps as given. But it showed the same msg. I had to access the test through Phone..*My user id and password is not accepted by the NLAT portal.Is there any helpline number for contacting them?.*Both times I recieved mail after the slot had started and hence i was not allowed to login and a message was displayed - You cannot login beyond given time slot.*Hey,I'm an applicant and taker of PG NLAT. Yesterday during the stimulation exam I had the hardest time with my document verification. My documents including passport, DL etc., are over 8-10 years old from when I was about 18-19 years old. Now I'm about 27 and have a mustache and beard. Because of that the system fails to recognize my face and calls me an impersonator. Ideally they should have a human to identify face. Because machines may not be able to identify my 8 year old ID compared to my present appearance.
