NewsClick editor Prabir Purkayastha and the website's Human Resources (HR) head Amit Chakraborty have moved the Delhi High Court challenging their arrest in alleged case of Chinese funding and seeking quashing of the first information report (FIR) registered against them under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
