Nepal’s Supreme Court on Monday reinstated the dissolved House of Representatives for a second time in nearly five months.The five-member Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court also ordered the appointment of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as Prime Minister within two days..The bench was led by Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana and comprised of Dipak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai..Deuba will have to win the vote of confidence as per Article 76 (4) of the Constitution of Nepal within 30 days of his appointment.
