NEET UG 2024: Supreme Court says NTA, Centre should avoid flip flops, rectify errors in future

The Court in its pronouncement today reiterated that there was no systemic breach in NEET UG 2024 exam beyond Hazaribagh and Patna and, therefore no retest would be needed.

The Supreme Court on Friday said that the Central government and the National Testing Agency (NTA) should take care to ensure that the issues which arose with respect to National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate exam for the year 2024 (NEET UG 2024) are not repeated in future [Vanshika Yadav vs. Union of India].
